BoilerMaster supplies and assist in sourcing for different types of tubings necessary for boilers, economisers and other heat exchange use.

We also manufacture and supply finned and H-finned tubes to customer's requirement.

Retubing

The efficiency of heat transfer equipment drops when the flow rate of fluids dropped below the designed values. In ships, large boilers, heat exchangers and condensers have little opportunity for servicing, and corroded tubes must be replaced. Retubing offers a cheaper and faster solution to withdrawing the equipment from service. 

Refurbishment offers the equipment a new lease of life.

Capabilities

Tubes sizes up to 4 inches diameters of carbon steel, chrome, molydenum steel and stainless steel (including other grades) are constantly retubed locally. We can also work to other diameters and materials.  Tubes are also bent on site where it is necessary and when site bending assists in erection and replacements.

BoilerMaster works to ASME section IX requirements, and conforms to clients' requests including inspection by client representatives and registered surveyors.
